Is it possible to have lupus even though non of your family has lupus? - lupus and capillaries

I tested positive for lupus, and I have many symptoms of lupus. My doctors think it may be lupus, but not yet officially diagnosed with lupus. All members of my family are very healthy. Nobody in my family has an illness. Nobody in my family never any kind of autoimmune diseases. I'm the only person. Is this possible and how can that be?
