Does track make your feet bigger? - track dietary exchanges online

I just started tracking fitness a week ago, and I noticed that my feet more and I'm bigger than I am. This will be done after only one week of intensive training? What other benefits of running track (I'm a sprinter).

You also have to follow dietary recommendations for the sprinters to?

Serious replies please.

Thank you:)

No, of course grows.
his good run full, while more and more, it looks good, and feel better than other sports, you could do.

It could be that your body is developing its training and seems to know that you are growing the highest and feet, while in reality you will deliver. Finally, works to all the muscles in your body sprint.

As an athlete is much more difficult to achieve in the body of the working class.
many people wouldnt agree, just because the sprinter does not work as well as long-distance runners (sprinters do not miles run, and used it to help you faster).

Sprinters have time to react faster and muscle contraction.

Sprinter, and their muscles are trained, so they run faster without getting hurt.

Sprinters have a lot of carbohydrates, proteins, food, and green.
and drink lots of water.

40% of their diet is red meat and potatoes.

Cook in olive oil (no butter or Crisco)

and use of natural sea salt.

Red meat: beef, lamb, etc. (non-white chicken, pork, etc.)
You have to eat meat because the body to repair and build more muscle protein if you do not continue to run fast and is probably more easily violated.
and red meat has iron, not of white meat.

Eat cooked red potatoes, rice, lentils,

For breakfast, oatmeal, oatmeal or cream of wheat.

Eat fruit, bananas, mainly because of potassium.
avacados oil have good energy, tomatoes

vegies to eat, cook in a very short time, when the steam for a long time to lose their nutritional value.

eat natural peanut butter, flaxseed oil is there, it's good for energy.

No milk in the days of racing (no milk, no cheese, yogurt)
expect milk to drink late into the night after training.
No fat is subcutaneous fat.
No Butter
N mayonnaise
Katsup N (ketchup), mustard, but otherwise very good.

I assume you're a teenager. This is not really an effect of being on the track at a time when these things happen.

The diet of protein, even thinner and less fat. But we can not tell anybody.

Good luck!
