They are super easy.
I am as old as you and everything, and I love it, solarium.
I do not know very often.
Just get there, take the clothes you want, the things in the eye, and then restart the press.

My mother has a solarium before, she says, it's super easy, provided that no more than a tan and look orange. But not as often and you will not have to worry about skin problems is that you stick of sunscreen.
Another alternative could be the lotion that they sell at places like Wal-Mart that are made so that you darker with each use. You can also opt for a spray tan, I know a friend who did it, and loves.
One possibility would be to St. Tropez tan. But it can be expensive.

Do not tan. Tanning is horrible for you and after I know all your friends that you're gone. They will be made orange and ridiculous. Besides the use of tanning beds are super creepy. He is caught in this matter and it is a coffin, which is not relaxing at all and is good for you either!
